1. Who runs Moymo
Moymo is a free, non-commercial project of two private individuals, David Staněk and Nicolas Milan Ficnar. Nothing on Moymo is sold and there is no advertising.

We do not publish a postal address or a phone number; e-mail reaches both of us. Supervisory authority for personal data: the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), https://www.uoou.cz.
2. Contact for users
Members, visitors and studios can reach us at info@moymo.net. Messages are read and answered by a person, not only by automated tools.
Languages: Czech and English.
To report illegal content, use the notice form. To see decisions about your content or account and to appeal them, go to My moderation decisions. Studios can also use the studio chat in the studio panel.
4. Digital Services Act
Moymo is a free, non-commercial service run by two private individuals, and it is not settled whether the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) applies to it; either way, Moymo follows its model voluntarily.
These are Moymo's own procedures: anyone can report content with the notice form; every decision about content or an account comes with a statement of reasons; a person answers every appeal; the contact points above are open to users and to authorities; and the Terms of Service describe how content is moderated and how games are ordered.
Once we learn of illegal content on Moymo, we act on it without undue delay.
5. Reporting illegal content
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal with the notice form, even without an account. If someone's life or safety is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first - 112 works across the EU and in many other countries.
6. Reporting a security problem
If you find a vulnerability, write to info@moymo.net with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not access, change or delete other people's data, do not degrade the service, and give us reasonable time to fix the problem before you make it public. We will confirm that we received your report and keep you informed.

7. Hosting
The service runs on Amazon Web Services servers in the EU, in region eu-north-1 (Stockholm, Sweden). E-mails from Moymo are delivered by Resend; our mailbox is hosted by Seznam.cz.
8. Trademarks and sources
Game titles, artwork, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Sources, licences and trademark notices are listed on the Credits page. How to report an infringement of copyright or a trademark is described in the Copyright policy.
